AIIA announces results of selection of top 100 domestic companies related to ‘AI+X’

AI technology is being used in various industrial areas. As the number of AI companies providing related solutions is increasing, the Intelligent Information Industry Association (Chairman Jang Hong-seong, hereinafter referred to as AIIA) announced on the 8th that it announced the '2024 Emerging AI+X Top 100 (hereinafter referred to as AI+X Top100)'.

 

AI+X Top100 annually selects domestic companies expected to lead future innovation through the convergence of AI technology and various industries (X). To select this year's AI+X Top 100, AIIA divided the AI ​​industry into 10 Industry fields and 8 Cross-Industry fields.

As a result of the selection, 43 companies with specialized solutions in manufacturing, finance, and healthcare were selected in the industry sector, and 57 companies were selected in the cross-industry sector by applying AI technology to various industries.

In particular, LAON PEOPLE, MakinaRocks, MICUBE SOLUTION, and iNEEJi were selected as excellent AI companies related to manufacturing in the industry sector. In other areas, AI specialized companies such as Superb AI, Onepredict, and KONAN TECHNOLOGY have emerged as major companies.

The AIIA Secretariat said, “The AI+X Top100 is the result of selecting 100 companies out of 2,010 companies secured through corporate candidate registration and recommendation,” and “It is the basis for discovering promising AI companies, activating collaboration, and establishing policies to support the creation of an AI convergence ecosystem.” “For the purpose of preparing data, we focused on evaluating the future value of the company’s technology and business together with AI experts from industry, academia, and research,” he explained.

In the future, AIIA will use the results of the AI+X Top 100 selection as key data to create and establish a virtuous cycle ecosystem within the AI ​​industry, including promoting the performance of AI companies, suggesting policy support to the Ministry of Science and ICT and related organizations, and linking investment companies. plan.
